BC3 Academics Explore Your Options

BC3 has 63 associate degrees and 16 certificate programs. You can get a 2-year degree and get a job or transfer to a 4-year college or university and get a bachelor's degree.

Programs Of Study

BC3's major programs of study include career and transfer programs in the areas of:

  • Nursing and Allied Health
  • Human Services
  • Technical
  • Liberal Arts
  • and Transfer

Some of the popular fields of study include Nursing (R.N.), Business and Computer Technologies and Education.

 

 

Unique Programs

BC3 has some unique programs you won't find at other community colleges, such as:

  • Metrology (the study of precision measurement)
  • Nanofabrication Technology (a unique program completed in cooperation with Penn State University)
  • Massage Therapy
  • Parks and Recreation Management.

Online Courses

Online courses continue to grow in popularity among students who are busy working and juggling family responsibilities. Over 1000 students take 99 online courses over the Internet each year.

Online students attend Orientation sessions and come to campus several times a semester in some cases for required labs. BC3 uses Blackboard for its online classes.
