The Financial Aid staff at BC3 welcomes you. This site provides information about grants, loans, work-study and scholarship opportunities. We hope this information assists you in understanding how we can help you with your educational costs.
- If you have already received a financial aid award letter, your schedule will be held based on pending financial aid payments.
- Log onto the School Portal to view your account balance.
Tuition is due by August 6
Be sure to allow 4-6 weeks for processing your financial aid award.

Activate your BC3 Debit Card
BC3 no longer gives paper checks to students for their financial aid refunds. All registered students on financial aid will receive the BC3 Debit Card in the mail and will have to activate their account. We do not want students or their parents to throw the cards away. It is not a credit card, it’s a debit card.
Activate your card as soon as you receive it in the mail.
Apply to BC3 at the Open House and the $25 application fee is waived. Register Now!
