These courses will provide practical guidelines, techniques and strategies for building knowledge and skills to leverage cultural differences and maximize success when interacting with international customers, colleagues and business associates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
These courses are designed to educate and train individuals who want to gain knowledge to work in our global economy. This certificate can be completed in two semesters or classes can be taken individually.
