Mom, bank teller first grads from BC3 @ Armstrong

A mother of two expecting her third child and a part-time bank teller who began his BC3 career as a student in the College Within the High School program are the first to graduate from BC3 @ Armstrong, which opened in fall 2015 as a BC3 instructional site.
