Shapiro, Steffler 2017 distinguished alumni

After wearing different shoes to her first day of class, Lucille Shapiro stepped up with Ray D. Steffler to help create an organization BC3 graduates could call their own. BC3’s 2017 distinguished alumni “have been strong and effective advocates,” said Ruth Purcell, of BC3’s Education Foundation.
