10-stroke victory follows crown in 2016

BC3 golfer Carmen Oliva knew that he had just won his second Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference individual title. What he didn’t know was that he became the first Pioneer to do so, unaware until “Coach told me.” That would be Bill Miller. “He made history,” Miller said. “It’s a big accomplishment.”
