“Pioneer proud” Steffler passes at 82

Family. Faith. BC3. In that order were the most important aspects of Ray D. Steffler’s life, a life that saw him graduate from BC3 at age 49, serve BC3 as a trustee for 34 years, assist BC3 students with a scholarship and help to form the BC3 Alumni Association. His life at BC3 was “to give back.”
