Butler County Community College students Taylor Voloch, left, and Serena Horstman have been selected to Phi Theta Kappa’s 2026 All-Pennsylvania Academic Team and will receive a full-tuition scholarship toward completing a bachelor’s degree at a Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education university of their choice. Voloch, of West Sunbury, and Horstman, of Penn Township, are members at BC3 of Phi Theta Kappa, an international academic honor society for two-year colleges and programs.
