McConnell graduated from BC3 in 1980 and Barger, in 1969. McConnell, 65, of Butler, is the former head coach of NCAA basketball programs and Barger, 76, of Hummelstown, is a retired certified public accountant and former partner in the Harrisburg office of an international firm.
