03/14/2022 10:14:08 AMBC3 educator selected to lead Growth Collaborative initiative(Butler, PA) A Butler County Community College faculty member has been hired to lead a Butler County Growth Collaborative initiative intended to address a workforce shortage by providing training to residents who face barriers to employment and by creating a countywide culture of empowerment. Butler County Community College faculty member Tricia Pritchard, of Center Township, has been hired to as director of community employment development for the Butler County Growth Collaborative empowerment initiative.
