Please try one of the following:

• Where to find your Student ID
• Fill out, sign and return the Student ID Number Form
• With any current photo ID, visit registration at a BC3 Campus or the BC3 Technology Help Desk on Main Campus.

Self-Service Password Reset - Setting up Challenge Questions

You may set up your challenge questions  by going to https://sso.bc3.edu. You can also set up a phone number and an additional non-bc3 email address that can be used in addition to the security challenge questions. Parent or Guardian Request to Reset Student's Password?

Please complete and return the Request for Student Password Reset by Parent/Guardian Form to the Registration Office on Main Campus. The student's signature on the form must be verified before any passwords are reset.
