Need Support?
The fastest way to get technology help is to submit a Fast Form. Choose the form that best matches your issue and fill out all fields. A BC3 support specialist will respond within 24 hours during regular Help Desk hours.
Note: Requests submitted on weekends or holidays will be answered the next BC3 business day (or sooner when possible).
Credit Students
If you’re a credit student at BC3:
- Go to myBC3 and log in.
- Click on the Technology Help Desk card.
- Select New Ticket and complete the required fields.
- Click Submit.

Faculty
If you’re an instructor at BC3:
- Go to myBC3 and log in.
- Click on the IT Support card.
- Select BC3 Support (on the Quick Links menu)
- Select New Ticket and complete the required fields.
- Click Submit.
Unable to log in to myBC3?
If you're a student in a noncredit program (workforce training, Lifelong Learning, Adult Literacy) or need help with something else, use one of these forms.
