Transfer Agreements

BC3 credits are widely recognized by public, private, state-related, and online colleges and universities. Active transfer agreements make it easier to move from BC3 into your bachelor’s degree program. 

  • Slippery Rock University – Biology, Civil Engineering, Computing, Cybersecurity, Health Science, Nursing, and more 

Students who complete select BC3 associate degrees can transfer to any PASSHE university with junior-level standing. Eligible programs include:

Western Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Schools:

BC3 graduates with an A.A., A.S., or A.A.S. in a transfer program—and a minimum GPA of 2.0—are guaranteed admission to parallel baccalaureate programs at Penn State Commonwealth Campuses. (Some majors may require specific courses or higher GPAs.)
