Work Study & Student Employment
Earn money. Build skills. Boost your future.
Working while you’re in college doesn’t just help with expenses — it helps you gain career experience, confidence, and connections. At BC3, student jobs are designed to fit your schedule and help you succeed.
What is Work-Study?
Work-study is a federal financial aid program that offers part-time jobs to students with financial need. Most in-person jobs at BC3 are work-study positions, meaning you’ll need to qualify based on your FAFSA.
Not eligible for work-study? You can still apply for other campus jobs through the College Central Network.

Why Work While You Study?
You’ll earn more than a paycheck:
- Career experience that connects to your major
- Professional skills and resume-building
- Confidence and independence
- Campus connections that can lead to references and jobs after graduation
