BC3 manages in cooperation with the Butler County Fire Chiefs Association this regional training center. BC3’s Public Safety Training Center is held in high regard throughout Pennsylvania and is well known across the US and beyond for our many preparedness programs and excellent skill building facilities.

Skill Building Environment

First responder and industrial training facilities and equipment fill the 13 acres of the Public Safety Training Center.  Our largest classroom will seat 45 while 2 smaller classrooms can seat 25. 

The Public Safety Training Center contains:

• a burn building
• a fire training tower,
• a 4-acre pond 
• 3 classrooms
• 3 fire trucks
• propane fire station
• confined space training area
• a tanker truck
• a railroad car

BC3 trains over 10,000 first responders annually.
