Submit a Graduation Application from the Self-Service Menu on myBC3.  

Graduation Application Deadlines

• Spring 2025 | February 17
• Summer 2025 | June 16

You must apply for graduation even if you do not plan on participating in the Commencement Ceremony. 

*You will be assessed a $40 non-refundable Graduation Application Fee.  A $25 late fee is assessed after the Graduation Application Deadlines. More information on the Graduation Application and  Degree & Certificate Requirements can be found in the Academic Catalog.

**Request a replacement diploma on parchment a $20 fee will be assessed.
