(Monaca, PA) Addison Say had 17 assists, Taylor Simon 14 digs and Madelyn Nosel 12 kills as the 13th-ranked Butler County Community College volleyball team posted its fourth sweep of the season Tuesday night in defeating the Community College of Beaver County in Monaca.

Addison Henry had a season-high five service aces and Mackenzie Kurtz a season-high two solo blocked shots as the Pioneers (6-1) won 25-17, 25-11 and 25-12.

BC3 was ranked No. 13 among 86 National Junior College Athletic Association Division III programs in a poll released Sept. 14.

BC3’s program has been ranked in the Top 15 in Division III of the National Junior College Athletic Association in 40 of 44 polls dating to Oct. 4, 2021, including the past 21 in a row.

Say, a setter and opposite hitter, is a graduate of Keystone High School; Simon, defensive specialist, Butler; Nosel, outside hitter, Warren; Henry, opposite hitter, Redbank Valley; and Kurtz, middle hitter, Knoch.
