Meet Our Team
Bob Morris, Dean of Admissions
Welcome to BC3! Our admissions team works with students as they begin their educational journey at BC3. Whether you are an incoming freshman, a transfer student, or a returning adult, our job is to help make your transition to BC3 a smooth and successful one. Prior to joining BC3 as the Dean of Admissions, I was the Director of Education Alliances at Franklin University, but my roots are in Western Pennsylvania. I graduated from Shaler Area High School, attended Robert Morris University where I earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Franklin University where I earned an M.S. in Marketing and Communications. The members of the Admissions team look forward to helping you become a successful BC3 student!
Morgan Rizzardi, Associate Director of Admissions
In May 2011, I joined the Admissions Team as Assistant Director and was promoted to Associate Director in October 2014. Since that time, I have enjoyed every moment connecting with prospective students and their families during high school visits, at college fairs, and in the community to name a few. Prior to working in Admissions, I was the KEYS Student Facilitator and Program Facilitator at BC3. I am a co-advisor to the Rho Phi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and trainer for the BC3 Safe Zone program. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Education is my passion and I hope that I can help you see that BC3 truly is the Smart Place to Start. Please connect with me via e-mail, or on Facebook. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Erin Cioffi, Assistant Director of High School Programming
I began my journey at BC3 as a student in 1995, and I doubt that I would have furthered my education had I not began at BC3; it truly was my Smart Place to Start! I then transferred to La Roche College where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. After graduating from La Roche, I began my career and during this time, decided to attend Carlow University where I earned my Master of Science Degree in Professional Leadership – Training and Development. This is when I discovered my passion for helping others overcome boundaries and achieve their goals. My journey came full circle and I started working at the College in 2014 as part of the BC3 Education Foundation, Inc. and in August 2016, I joined the Admissions Team as the Assistant Director of High School Programming working with students in the College Within the High School and College Pathways programs. I am so happy to be a part of the BC3 Team, and I look forward to working with you! Feel free to reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Suzanne Wasilewski, Admissions Representative
I began working for BC3 in August 2013 as a part-time Student Services Specialist at BC3 @ LindenPointe. I enjoyed working with students so much-- both in high schools and at the college-- that I began working in the Admissions Office as an Admissions Representative in January 2015. Prior to working for BC3, I was a Teaching and Research Assistant at Youngstown State University. I have also taught College Writing at BC3. I earned my B.S. in Newspaper Journalism from Kent State University and my M.A. in English and Professional Writing and Editing from Youngstown State University. BC3 is a wonderful way to begin any academic career, and I am proud to be a member of the BC3 team!
Jerry Johnston, Admissions Representative/Business Relations
My BC3 experience started in 2012 as a Career Coach for the grant supported Energy Training program. Two years later I moved to the Communications and Marketing Department as the Coordinator of Marketing for Off-Campus locations, and I’m now a part of the Admissions team at BC3. My mission is not only to help guide students to and through the admissions process but to help assess the educational and training needs of Butler County businesses as well so that we can adapt our course offerings and programs to help meet those needs. I spent 25 years as an Advertising and Public Affairs manager in the telecommunications industry and I also have significant experience in broadcast media. My background also includes teaching Organizational Communication at BC3 and Broadcasting courses at James Madison University in Virginia. I am deeply appreciative of the great work this local institution does and I’m grateful to play a small role in in its continued growth and development.
Marcia Ringeisen, Admissions Office Secretary
I have worked at a variety of jobs through the years all with a customer service background. I joined the BC3 family in 2006 in the Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE). After a year I moved to the Admissions Office where I have been ever since.
Tracey Brockman, Admissions Office Secretary
After several years in the retail business, I decided it was time for a change. After attending the New Choices/New Options program for dislocated workers here at BC3, I decided to try education. I started in 2006 in the Office of Records and Registration where I worked for two and a half years. I have been in the Admissions Office since 2008 as one of the Admissions Office Secretaries.
