Hours of Service: Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
                          Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Exceptions: Closed on days that BC3 Campuses are closed or during campus delays.
Evenings and Weekends: Fast Form only

How do I enter Midterm/Final Grades?

Login the the MyBC3 Portal and follow the steps below:

  1. In the SELF-SERVICE MENU, Click on Webadvisor for Faculty
  2. Click on Faculty Information
  3. Click on Faculty Overview. (This opens a new Page in your browser.)
  4. Find the current term and click the name of your course for which you want to enter grades.
  5. In Section Details, click Grading
  6. In the Final Grade or Midterm Grade column, click the down arrow on the right of the Select Grade box. Choose the letter grade for each student.
  7. Click Overview in the Section Details menu to be sure that your grades appear. There is no submit button so this is the only way to see if your grades were actually recorded. If they do not appear, re-enter them by clicking Final Grade or Midterm.
  8. Click the X on the browser tab for Faculty – BC3 Self Service to exit
  9. Sign out of the Portal
