Job Posting Tips
When creating your job postings, keep this in mind:

Students/alumni are more likely to apply if the job posting has a salary range, a detailed job description, and instructions on how to apply.

As a reminder, Butler County Community College offers associate degrees and certificates to its students. Listing a bachelor's degree as a requirement for the position will decrease the likelihood of a student applying for the job.
