- Take notes digitally and easily store & share your information. Share ideas and collaborate quickly and efficiently with your colleagues. Gone are the days of sending files through email and having only one person able to view the file at a time.
- Sync One Note with Outlook to send information from one to the other.
Once you begin using One Note you’ll wonder why you waited so long. One Note is for you!

Discover available Word features that will allow you to confidently create professional letters, reports, and other documents. Learn how and when to use tables, tabs, and indents to ensure that your information will align properly and you don’t have to switch to Excel if you need to add columns.

Save time and ensure consistency throughout your Power Point. Discover how to adjust the theme of your presentation and make global changes to all of your slides at one time.
