**SPRING 2020 REMOTE INSTRUCTION NOTICE**

The BC3 Technology Help Desk will remain operational for the Spring 2020 Semester, minus walk-up assistance in the Heaton Family Learning Commons.

TECHNOLOGY HELP DESK

The BC3 Technology Help Desk is the support center for Students, Faculty and Staff for all questions and/or problems with BC3 authorized educational technology products and software, BC3 campus computers and/or phone related issues, and more.

 

Hours of Service


Monday – Thursday:

8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Fall & Spring sessions)

 

8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Summer/Winter session & intersession breaks)

Friday:
8:30am - 3:30pm

Evenings and Weekends: Fast Form Only - next business day response.
The Technology Help Desk is closed on days the College is typically closed for business (weekends, holidays and academic breaks).

Please listen carefully to the menu options, as your call will be directed to the appropriate personnel based on your number selection.  After-hours voice mails will be responded to the next BC3 business day (no sooner).

First, click on the Frequently Asked Questions to the left side menu to see if your answer is there.  


Click on Submit a Fast Form on the left side menu

  • Choose the correct Fast Form 
  • Fill in all of the fields and submit
  • Not listed in the Fast Form Menu? Please find the contact information on the Third Party Applications Support page.

* Fast Form or e-mail requests submitted during weekends and holiday/academic breaks will be responded to the next BC3 business day (sooner when possible).
