Meet Our Team
Morgan Rizzardi, Associate Director of Admissions
In May 2011, I joined the Admissions Team as Assistant Director and was promoted to Associate Director in October 2014. Since that time, I have enjoyed every moment interacting with prospective students and their families during high school visits, at college fairs, and in the communities we serve. Prior to working in the Admissions Office, I was the KEYS Student Facilitator and Program Facilitator at BC3. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am also currently working on my doctoral dissertation in the Administration and Leadership Studies at IUP. Please feel free to connect with me any time. I look forward to hopefully meeting you soon!
Erin Cioffi, Assistant Director of High School Programming
I began my journey at BC3 as a student in 1995, and I doubt that I would have furthered my education had I not began at BC3; it truly was my Smart Place to Start! I then transferred to La Roche College where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. After graduating from La Roche, I began my career and during this time, decided to attend Carlow University where I earned my Master of Science Degree in Professional Leadership – Training and Development. This is when I discovered my passion for helping others overcome boundaries and achieve their goals. My journey came full circle and I started working at BC3 in 2014 as part of the BC3 Education Foundation, Inc. and in August 2016, I joined the Admissions Team as the Assistant Director of High School Programming working with students in the College Within the High School and College Now programs. I am so happy to be a part of the BC3 Team, and I look forward to working with you!
Jessica Horgos, Assistant Director of Admissions
I joined the BC3 Admissions Team in June 2021 and my passion is working with prospective students to help them figure out what steps to take next in life. When I was in college, I held a tour guide position and that is when I knew that I wanted to work in Admissions for the rest of my life. I was given the opportunity to join an Admissions Team at Westminster College in 2018 and fell in love with the field of higher education more than I could ever imagined. I earned my B.S. in Communications: Public Relations from Slippery Rock University. I am excited to have this opportunity to join the BC3 community and I look forward to working with you!
Jerry Johnston, Admissions Representative/Business Relations
My BC3 experience started in 2012 as a Career Coach for the grant supported Energy Training program. Two years later I moved to the Communications and Marketing Department as the Coordinator of Marketing for Off-Campus locations, and I’m now a part of the Admissions team at BC3. My mission is not only to help guide students to and through the admissions process but to help assess the educational and training needs of Butler County businesses as well so that we can adapt our course offerings and programs to help meet those needs. I spent 25 years as an Advertising and Public Affairs manager in the telecommunications industry and I also have significant experience in broadcast media. My background also includes teaching Organizational Communication at BC3 and Broadcasting courses at James Madison University in Virginia. I am deeply appreciative of the great work this local institution does and I’m grateful to play a small role in in its continued growth and development.
Marcia Ringeisen, Admissions Office Secretary
I have worked at a variety of jobs through the years all with a customer service background. I joined the BC3 family in 2006 in the Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE). After a year I moved to the Admissions Office where I have been ever since.
Tracey Brockman, Admissions Office Secretary
After several years in the retail business, I decided it was time for a change. After attending the New Choices/New Options program for dislocated workers here at BC3, I decided to try education. I started in 2006 in the Office of Records and Registration where I worked for two and a half years. I have been in the Admissions Office since 2008 as one of the Admissions Office secretaries.
