Transcript Requirements

Guest students who want to take class(es) at BC3 toward degree requirements at their home institution will be asked to submit an unofficial transcript only for courses that have a pre-requisite to gueststudent@bc3.edu.

Pre-requisites

Determine which courses you wish to take at BC3 and if they have a pre-requisite met at another college or university or through another form of exemption.

  • If a pre-requisite(s) is met at another college or university or through another form of exemption, obtain an unofficial transcript showing the course is passed with a ā€œCā€ or better or test scores.  Send the documentation and an email containing which course(s) you'd like to take to gueststudent@bc3.edu
  • If you have not met the English/math pre-requisite(s), you may require placement testing. To determine if you do, contact the Admissions Office at 724-284-8501 or gueststudent@bc3.edu.
  • If the course has no pre-requisite, you may register online through myBC3 or at any of our campus locations.

If needed, an admissions representative will be in contact once a pre-requisite waiver is entered to confirm next steps.
