The tuition payment deadline for the fall 2025 semester is 3pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2025. 

Students need to complete one of the payment options below by 3pm on Tuesday, July 24, or risk losing their class schedule.

Payment Options

Current Students: Log into Self-Service to view your account information. You have the following options:

•  Enroll in the BC3 EZ-Pay payment plan. 
• Pay in full on your myBC3 page. In your myBC3 account, select Make Payment on the Tuition, Fees & Payment card. You will need a checking acccount or credit card.
• Pay in full. You may pay at the Student Financial Services with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, or cash. You may pay at any BC3 campus location by check or credit card. You may also call 724.287.8711, ext. 8243, to pay by phone with a credit or debit card.

NOTICE TO PA STATE GRANT STUDENTS

PA State Grant funding will be posted as "accepted" once the state makes it available to BC3. If you owe a balance, you may need to secure your payment until funding is made available.
