The Human Resources Office is located on the lower level in the Administration Building on the main campus of Butler County Community College, 107 College Drive, Butler, PA 16002. Our office provides services in the area of recruitment, employment, orientation, retention, separation, labor and legal relations, compensation, benefit administration, College policy development and compliance, training and development, attendance and leave management, and student employment. In addition, any questions relating to payroll services can be answered in our office.

Part-time Credit Instructors

Part-time Non-Credit Instructors

Non-credit instructor positions include positions in a large variety of subject areas. Non-credit classes are primarily held at sites located in Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Jefferson, and Armstrong counties as well as online courses. Non-credit instructors are part-time positions that are utilized on an as needed basis determined by course offering and student enrollment.
