Police Officers/Dispatcher, Students, and Community. Employees at Butler County Community
College are a vital part of the college community that contributes to the growth and
success of the College and the services available to the community.
The Human Resources Office is located on the lower level in the Administration Building
on the main campus of Butler County Community College, 107 College Drive, Butler,
PA 16002. Our office provides services in the area of recruitment, employment, orientation,
retention, separation, labor and legal relations, compensation, benefit administration,
College policy development and compliance, training and development, attendance and
leave management, and student employment. In addition, any questions relating to payroll
services can be answered in our office.

Regular full-time and regular part-time positions include Administration, Professional/Technical, Faculty (full-time only), Secretarial/Clerical, Maintenance, Custodial, and Campus Police Officers that are employed on a regular basis throughout the year.

Part-time Non-Credit Instructors
Non-credit instructor positions include positions in a large variety of subject areas. Non-credit classes are primarily held at sites located in Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Jefferson, and Armstrong counties as well as on-line courses. Non-credit instructors are part-time positions that are utilized on an as needed basis determined by course offering and student enrollment.
