Concordia Tuition Assistance
Concordia Lutheran Ministries, through a partnership with BC3, is sponsoring a Tuition Assistance Program that allows BC3 nursing students to complete their program tuition-free and provides a secure position with a Concordia facility after graduation.
Who Qualifies?
The Concordia Tuition Assistance Program sponsorship is available to current BC3 nursing students in good academic standing or to new students who have been accepted into BC3's nursing programs.
Practical Nursing and Nursing, RN are selective-admission programs in BC3's Shaffer School of Nursing & Allied Health. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for admission.

Post-Graduation Commitment
- BC3 nursing students who receive 1 year of tuition sponsorship from Concordia will be committed to work for the healthcare provider for 2 years.
- BC3 nursing students who receive 2 years of tuition sponsorship from Concordia will be committed to work for the healthcare provider for 3 years.
Earn & Learn
Students sponsored by the Concordia Tuition Assistance Program also have the option to work for the healthcare provider in casual capacities while enrolled in BC3's nursing programs.
Concordia Locations
Concordia, based in Cabot, Butler County, has 13 facility-based locations in Allegheny, Beaver and Butler counties; and in Summit County, Ohio, and in Hillsborough County, Fla.
Concordia's continuum of care includes adult day services, home care, hospice, medical and rehabilitation services, memory care, personal care, assisted living, respite care, retirement living, skilled nursing and short-term rehab, spiritual care and medical equipment.
Applications
BC3 nursing students seeking sponsorship will submit an application and sign a commitment document stating an agreement to work for Concordia upon graduation.
Concordia staff will review applications and interview applicants. Concordia cannot guarantee that all applications for sponsorship will be approved.
